5. Know when the time has come to make a decision. You might choose not to go through with the deal, or perhaps you might wish to conclude your dealings. You should always be aware of how your feelings are on the offer being made to you. Providing your feelings are favorable, then stay with it and see it through. If your suspicions are raised of any single thing askew, leave the deal.
