All necessary homework should be done and you will know exactly what price fits into a payment plan to fit your budget. However, focussing on just payment, the end result might be that you pay too much.

5. Recognise the right moment to decide. You might choose not to go through with the deal, or it could be to close the deal. An ongoing awareness is necessary of how you feel on the offer being made to you. Assuming that you are comfortable with your feelings, then stay with it and see it through. But if you get even just a twinge of something not right, drop everything like a ton of hot coals.
