All necessary homework should be done then you'll have no doubts about the price that best fits is best suited to a plan of payment to match whatever you find affordable. But if you focus on payment, the end result might be that you pay too much.

5. Be aware of the exact time to make your decision. You might choose not to go through with the deal, or perhaps you might wish to conclude your dealings. An ongoing awareness is necessary of how your feelings are more or less the offer being made to you. Providing your feelings are favorable, by all means do it. Of course, if you detect a suspicion of something not right, be prepared to walk away.
